Wild Geese Group is very pleased & proud to announce we have officially become a delivery site for the Levels 1 through 7, in all NOCN & UARD qualifications.

 

What this means to our clients & any interested parties is several new and high level accredited program in Incident Command are now available. Ranging from level 4 Diploma in Emergency Management all the way through to a Masters Degree in Emergency Response Risk Management.   

 

These existing and new programs go towards bridging the gap in competency for people who perform the roles of the Incident & Crisis Management Teams.

Finally an internationally recognized & accredited, output through a structured process will see not only recognition of competency but a more competent work force in the fields of Incident Command.

 

This initiative is the first of its kind in the Oil & Gas Industry and saw the coming together of several key contributors all with the same passion and focus to improve the development of people who are often called to fill a role in Emergency Management which is not their normal day job, but at the time a very important job that needs doing.

 

The Diploma Level 4 in Emergency Management, the Diploma Level 5 in Crisis Management are two very important steps in the staircase leading the Emergency Management  Professionalisation, at the summit is the Masters in Emergency Response Risk Management (ERRM).

 

The position that EMT/CMT members fill is often referred to people who have an “unspoken understanding of the craft” this structured framework that we are now able to offer is a healthy blend of Recognition of Prior Learning and Internationally accredited programs from OPITO & TEEX, all being overseen through UARD.
